26 N Bar & Bistro is led by world-renowned Executive Chef Jose Rafael Rojas, with more than 30 years of experience across Latin America, Florida and the Caribbean. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, Chef Rojas is known for high-impact menus that blend American Continental classics with the vibrant flavors of Latin and Caribbean cuisine.
He has developed menus and run successful operations at the JW Marriott, Grand Melia, PGA National Resort in Palm Beach, and the Michelin-rated Daniel's Steakhouse in South Florida. Come and experience a pairing of flavors that is unique to The Bahamas.
